在台湾旧彰化县城东。
海拔97米。
登临远望，彰化平原和以西的台湾海峡皆入眼帘。
1895年8月，此地曾是台湾人民抗击日本侵略者的战场。
山上原有亭榭，近年山顶建大佛寺及宝塔，寺前有巨佛一尊，高21.6米。
已辟为宗教游览区。
